Chai Spiced Plum Rum Old Fashioned (Cocktail or Winter Warmer)

About the recipe
In this recipe Chai Spiced Plum syrup replaces sugar and dark rum replaces whisky/Bourbon to create an entirely modern, seasonal version of a classic cocktail.
Ingredients
25ml little batch Chai Spiced Plum syrup
50ml dark rum
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Water, to taste (you could use hot water to turn this into a cosy winter warmer).
Garnish ideas - a cinnaom stick, fresh orange wheel, plum slices.
Preparation
Measure your syrup and rum and add to a glass.
Add the Angostura Bitters, give it a stir and a quick taste.
For a cocktail, add cold water to taste and a couple of chunky ice cubes
For a winter warmer add hot water to taste.
