GERTIE - VINTAGE CARAVAN

Gertie is our vintage 1960's Cheltenham caravan, available to book for festivals and events.

 

Gertie was lovingly converted into a mobile catering unit by an award-winning wedding caterer in Devon. But when we bought her, she’d been dormant in a field during lockdown, was a faded shade of baby blue and in need of some TLC!

 

We were helped by the brilliant guys at Get Sheet Done in Lydbrook to upgrade Gertie internally - then restored her to glory with a shiny new green paint job by Frank Luther of Bream, and now she looks more at home in the Forest of Dean!

You'll find us at food festivals, busy farmers' markets and special events, serving a full hot drinks menu including little batch loose-leaf herbal teas, homemade hot chocolates, spiced lattes and locally roasted Kontext Coffee.  

 

We offer a changing menu of refreshing mocktails or warming mock toddies using our delicious, limited-edition syrups, bursting with the seasonal flavours of local berries and fruits.

 

You'll find our range of treats on sale too - and occasionally we'll be offering healthy, nourishing food depending on the season - from warming bean bowls and soups to beautiful nourish bowls made with locally grown vegetables.
