little batch Rhubarb & Rose Syrup is made from fresh rhubarb, locally grown on the sunny banks of the River Wye.
 
We used unforced rhubarb which ensures the rhubarb crowns stay strong to produce year after year, and for our syrup it means the tartness of the rhubarb shines through. Followed by subtle notes of organic rosa damascena, and a hint of cardamom that lingers on the tongue.
