The tartness of the rhubarb shines through, with subtle notes of organic rosa damascena, and a hint of cardamom that lingers on the tongue.
Rose is one of those flavours you either love or loathe! If you love it, simply add a couple more drops of rosewater when using the syrup for a stronger rose flavour.
