About the recipe
This recipe is so simple it barely needs instructions!
Elderberry and port liqueur makes a great alternative to the rum/whisky or sloe gin. I particularly like Aelder Wild Elderberry Elixir, which we tasted in Scotland recently.
Both Wild Blackberry Syrup and Spiced Elderberry Syrup work for this recipe.

25ml little batch Wild Blackberry Syrup
25ml sloe gin
25ml dark rum or whisky
Garnish ideas: an orange wheel, cinnamon sticks, star anise or thinly sliced fresh ginger.
Add all the ingredients to a mug.
Top up with freshly boiled water.
Stir, garnish and enjoy!
