Dried Hibiscus
Dried hibiscus consists of the dried and cut calyxes of Hibiscus sabdariffa flowers. With its stunning deep-red colour and rich, tart flavour, this versatile herbal tea is delicious both hot and cold.
 
Grown in tropical climates where it's traditionally enjoyed as a cooling, thirst-quenching drink, hibiscus is packed with antioxidants including anthocyanin and quercetin. Studies suggest it may help support healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
