little batch Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Syrup is made using honeysuckle straight from our garden blended with organically sourced, dried hibiscus. The result is a colour that just pops and a thirst-quenching infusion that’s both sweet and tart.
When we first created our drinks menus to serve from Gertie (our vintage caravan), we invented a refreshing alcohol-free cocktail called a Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Cooler and it proved so popular we decided to bottle it as a limited edition seasonal syrup! Check out the recipe.
This exquisite syrup is available with or without a pouch of dried hibiscus to make the tea infusion that’s a key element of the mocktail. Pouches come in 25g and 50g options. Remember to select the Syrup + Pouch option if you want to make our delicious Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Cooler - you'll save a little on Hibiscus pouches when purchased with the syrup too.
As a guide, 25g hibiscus will make around 1.5 litres of hibiscus tea, which is enough for around six drinks.
Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Syrup
Syrup:
A sugar syrup made with raw cane sugar* and fresh lemon juice, infused with garden grown, sun dried honeysuckle (1%) and dried hibiscus petals (<1%)*.
Hibiscus Pouches:
Dried hibiscus petals*

(Please bear in mind that the % given are based on weight not volume - dried flowers being incredibly light in comparison to sugar!)
