Last year we invented a refreshing alcohol-free cocktail called a Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Cooler to serve from Gertie, our vintage caravan. It proved so popular we decided to bottle it as a limited edition seasonal syrup!
 
little batch Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Syrup is made using honeysuckle straight from our garden blended with organically sourced, dried hibiscus. The result is a colour that just pops and a thirst-quenching infusion that’s both sweet and tart.
 
This exquisite syrup is available with or without a pouch of dried hibiscus to make the tea infusion that’s a key element of the mocktail. Pouches come in 25g and 50g options. As a guide, 25g hibiscus will make around 1.5 litres of hibiscus tea, which is enough for around six drinks.
 
The dried hibiscus also blends beautifully with little batch Wild Blackberry Syrup and Spiced Elderberry Syrup.
