As evening falls in May, the air fills with honeysuckle's intoxicating fragrance - that magical moment we capture in this truly limited edition syrup; fewer than 100 bottles of little batch Honeysuckle & Hibiscus syrup are produced each year!
 
We gather our mature honeysuckle at peak fragrance, carefully dry the blooms, then combine with organic hibiscus to create this sweet floral taste sensation, designed for the adventurous palate.
 
In 2026 we've added the popular mini 60ml size to our spring/summer collection - so you can now choose from 60ml, 150ml or 300ml across all our range, whilst stocks last. (60ml - photos pending!)
 
So, what can you make with it?
 
When we first created our drinks menus to serve from Gertie (our vintage caravan), we invented a refreshing mocktail called a Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Cooler and it proved so popular it's stayed on the menu ever since. Check out the recipe.
