As evening falls in May, the air fills with honeysuckle's intoxicating fragrance - that magical moment we capture in this truly limited edition syrup; fewer than 100 bottles of little batch Honeysuckle & Hibiscus syrup are produced each year!
We gather our mature honeysuckle at peak fragrance, carefully dry the blooms, then combine with organic hibiscus to create this sweet floral taste sensation, designed for the adventurous palate.
When we first created our drinks menus to serve from Gertie (our vintage caravan), we invented a refreshing mocktail called a Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Cooler and it proved so popular it's stayed on the menu ever since. Check out the recipe.
With the introduction of our latest herbal tea blend, Mellow Meadow, we've now added another mocktail into the mix! Discover Red Sky at Night here.
Honeysuckle & Hibiscus syrup is available to purchase just by itself, or if you're tempted by either of the mocktail recipes, you also have the option of adding:
- A simple 25g packet of dried hibiscus (to make the Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Cooler)
- A simple 15g packet of our Mellow Meadow herbal tea blend (to make Red Sky at Night)
- Both (saving £1.50).
Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Syrup
Syrup:
A sugar syrup made with unrefined cane sugar* and fresh lemon juice, infused with garden grown, sun dried honeysuckle (1% by weight) and dried hibiscus petals (<1% by weight)*.
Hibiscus Pouch:

Mellow Meadow
Hibiscus petals 45%, passionflower (passiflora incarnata) 22%, lemon balm 17%, lavender 7%, rose, blue cornflower.
